A MODERN, FAMILY-RUN AUCTION HOUSE
About Verney Auctions
Verney Auctions brings buyers and sellers together through professionally managed auctions, available both online and in person.
Who We Are
A MODERN APPROACH TO AUCTIONS
Verney Auctions is an independent, family-run auction house based in Church Broughton, Derbyshire.
We hold accessible online and in-person auctions covering equestrian goods, machinery, vehicles, trailers, agricultural and yard equipment, business clearances and much more.
Our aim is to make selling straightforward and buying exciting, with clear information, friendly support and a professional service from valuation through to collection.
WHERE IT STARTED
The Story of Verney Auctions
Verney Auctions was founded by Laura and Will Verney, combining years of practical business experience with a genuine understanding of the industries and communities we serve.
Having bought, sold and managed equipment through our own businesses, we recognised the need for an auction service that felt modern, straightforward and personal.
From our Derbyshire premises, we are building an auction house that combines the atmosphere of a traditional live sale with the convenience and wider reach of online bidding.
